FloDesk’s Big Pricing Update: What You Need to Know (and Why Now’s the Time to Join)
When I first wrote about why I switched from Mailchimp to FloDesk, one of the biggest selling points was their simple, flat-rate pricing. No matter how big your list grew, you paid the same amount each month. That was a game-changer for me (and for so many entrepreneurs and small business owners I work with).
But FloDesk recently announced a major change: their unlimited plan is going away.
Instead of one flat price, they’ll be moving to a more traditional model, charging more as your subscriber list grows. For some people, this might not be a huge deal. But if you’re planning to grow your list (and I hope you are!), the costs will start adding up over time.
The good news? You still have a window to lock in the old unlimited plan.
Here’s the scoop:
FloDesk will grandfather in anyone who signs up before November 28th, 2025. That means you’ll keep unlimited subscribers at the original flat rate, for as long as you stay on your plan.
After November 28th, all new accounts will switch to the new pricing structure.
If you’ve been on the fence about joining FloDesk, this is one of those “now or never” moments.

Final Thoughts
FloDesk has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my business. The simplicity, the design, and the ease of staying consistent with my email marketing all worth it.
But if you’ve been thinking about signing up, do it before November 28th. You’ll thank yourself later when your list grows and your price doesn’t (which we love!!).
